A practical guide for public entities and their partners

Digital services are central to how public entities deliver programs, services, and information. However, many of these services were not originally designed with accessibility in mind. Recent updates to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) have clarified that state and local governments must ensure that websites, mobile applications, and digital documents are accessible and usable by people with disabilities.
