The Director of Supply Chain Management is a high-profile position where you have the opportunity to lead teams on a variety of Supply Chain Optimization projects in the manufacturing distribution and consumer products industry. The ideal candidate will have well developed skills in collaborative leadership with and expertise in all functions of driving results of Supply Chain leadership across an outsourced structure.

Develop Vispero’s business in one or more supply chain functions to optimize the management of all supply chain activities including but not limited to operations, distribution, customer experience, delivery, and logistics.
Key focus in managing outsourced partners as an extension of the business.
Dynamic strategic leader who will guide Vispero’s supply chain vision, planning and execution.
Effectively collaborates with other senior leaders and supplier partners to improve cost effectiveness and execution.
Creatively design and maintain an optimal inventory strategy which generates greater productivity and drives efficiencies across the organization.
Analyzes current inventories and procedures and suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety and implements subsequent changes to processes.
A straightforward strategic partner and thoughtful leader for the SR VP of Hardware Operations
Ability to develop new and innovative methodologies, processes and relationships to provide outsourced procurement, sourcing, and manufacturing to emerging technologies for Vispero and negotiates prices for material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
Lead a team ensuring appropriate functional expertise while embracing the Vispero vision, includes recruiting, hiring and training.
As a member of the hardware leadership team, you will participate in the strategic, operational direction and overall vision of the organization and will be leading principle.
Monitor the performance of the suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requitements, identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervise a team of 4 to 5 direct reports.
BA With 7-10 + Years of Leadership in Supply Chain Management – Required
Experience with distribution, manufacturing in a services business
Partnership experience with offshore providers

A typical salary range for this position is USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 and will vary based on candidate qualifications, experience and location.
