The inventory control specialist has the primary responsibility of increasing and maintaining company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels; the candidate also ensures that optimal inventory is present and ready for use.

Prepare, coordinate, and complete cycle count programs; daily cycle counts & month end cycle counts.
Conduct research and root cause analysis related to inventory and order managements.
Enter & prepare work orders, sales orders, and purchase orders. Monitor flow of orders to ensure they’re completed correctly.
Maintain backlog of information, track orders and provide team members with status, notify team of discrepancies regarding product or shipping status.
Work with customers & vendors on issues relating to customer accounts, resolving account’s issues.
Regularly attend and participate in team meetings.
Work closely with various teams; marketing, accounting, supply chain, etc., on questions relating to orders and provide status reports.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management with a focus in project management, or related field (preferred)
At least 1 years’ experience in order management, inventory control, account coordination, B2B Logistic & Distribution.
Working knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) concepts.
Proficient Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
