Work as part of a collaborative team with various individuals, including managers, engineers, purchasing and production team. The FQC inspector performs verification of Enhanced Vision finished products to ensure conformance to specification.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and required tests per FQA documents; rejecting and returning to production for correction.
Final inspect repairs (RA) performed by Repair Department.
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing and entry of data into quality database.
Create daily FQC report for management and peers.
Perform other quality related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Prioritize, organize, solve problems, and complete tasks independently, under minimal supervision.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Experience in electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies and products.
Experience in the use of monitoring and measuring devices such as calipers and multi-meters.
Understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly drawings.
Knowledge of ESD practices and proper material handling to safe guard from product damage.
Experience with PC usage, multimedia connections and data entry.
Able to communicate, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Minimum 4 years of experience in electro-mechanical/electronic production quality.
