We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with emphasis on creative sourcing and talent acquisition supporting our global organization. This key role will act as a talent advisor to enterprise wide hiring managers, using data, marketing knowledge and other information to recommend recruiting strategies and guidance through the entire recruiting cycle.

Act as a recruitment subject matter expert to business stakeholders, represent Vispero for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, career fairs, conferences, meetups, and leadership events.
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Manage job postings and advertisement processes.
Source resumes and select qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Expertise interviewing and using social platforms to create brand awareness.
Profound experience in full-life cycle recruiting/talent acquisition.
Proven recruitment experience identifying and interviewing candidates in highly technical roles.
Must be able to wear “all hats” related to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced web searching skills and a proven track record of sourcing all levels of active and passive candidates.
Significant knowledge of hiring processes and practices such as recruiting metrics, behavioral based interview techniques, compensation, and federal and state employment law.
Must have a history of commitment to inclusive hiring practices and the ability to support diversity in workforce recruitment and retention.
Ability to effectively prioritize the workload considering customer’s needs while delivering and adjusting expectations.
Must be able to manage and resolve complex situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers.
Successfully demonstrate ability to attract, influence, negotiate, and close hard to find passive talent through your expertise in recruiting and passion for the business.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with Paycom HRIS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
