TPGi Senior Account Executives (SAEs) are responsible for identifying, selling and expanding opportunities featuring TPGi’s core solution set, including the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) SaaS platform/modules, practice-driven professional service offerings, and self-service kiosk software and services.
Scope of Work

Prospect potential clients through personal relationships, cold calls and emails, in assigned verticals.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to the executive and C-level suite.
Contract for and close deals.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Excellent communication skills; Customer service skills.
Highly motivated, engaging and persistent.
Ability to learn technical concepts and present strategic solutions.
Exceptional organization skills.
Manage complex engagements.
Manage and organize a large pipeline of business.
Work with team to support common goals.
Demonstrated achievement reaching quota annually.
History of achievement making President’s Circle, Sales Club, or similar performance on a consistent basis.
This position is remote; less than 25% travel required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
5-10 years’ experience either selling in a professional services environment or selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Experience and senior-level relationships in one or more verticals.
Proven track record of exceeding quota.
Reference for familiarity with the field of accessibility.
Experience in lead generation and sales development.
Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce preferred.

Base salary $110K – $150K based on experience and location. Commissions for year one may average $60K-$300K
