Senior Account Executive
Full-Time // Remote
TPGi Senior Account Executives (SAEs) are responsible for identifying, selling and expanding opportunities featuring TPGi’s core solution set, including the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) SaaS platform/modules, practice-driven professional service offerings, and self-service kiosk software and services.
Scope of Work

- Prospect potential clients through personal relationships, cold calls and emails, in assigned verticals.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to the executive and C-level suite.
- Contract for and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills; Customer service skills.
- Highly motivated, engaging and persistent.
- Ability to learn technical concepts and present strategic solutions.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Manage complex engagements.
- Manage and organize a large pipeline of business.
- Work with team to support common goals.
- Demonstrated achievement reaching quota annually.
- History of achievement making President’s Circle, Sales Club, or similar performance on a consistent basis.
- This position is remote; less than 25% travel required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years’ experience either selling in a professional services environment or selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Experience and senior-level relationships in one or more verticals.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Reference for familiarity with the field of accessibility.
- Experience in lead generation and sales development.
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce preferred.

Base salary $110K – $150K based on experience and location. Commissions for year one may average $60K-$300K
