As V.P. of Legal Affairs, Lewis manages Vispero’s global legal operations. Lewis works with the company’s board of directors and is a member of Vispero’s Executive Leadership Team, where he works with other ELT members to help formulate and implement the company’s strategy. Lewis has over twenty years of experience as legal counsel advising public and private companies both in-house and as outside counsel as part of a private practice.
Before joining Vispero, Lewis most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at DigiCert, a global leader in digital trust and cybersecurity. Lewis joined DigiCert via its acquisition of Vercara (formerly Neustar), where Lewis also served as Deputy General Counsel, operating in the internet infrastructure services, cybersecurity, and data analytics sectors. Prior to that, Lewis was in private practice with firms focusing on the areas of intellectual property, commercial contracts, commercial transactions, and litigation.
Lewis holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
