Ensuring an accessible experience for your kiosks
The Paciello Group (TPG) believes that hardware and software must work seamlessly to create a user experience that is accessible across the spectrum of disability needs. TPG created JAWS Kiosk with the goal of mirroring a sighted user’s experience as closely as possible allowing users who are blind or have low vision to engage in a positive and productive experience when using the kiosk. With help from the JAWS® (Job Access with Speech) screen reader, ZoomText® Magnifier, and supported devices like Storm Assistive Technology Products, the JAWS Kiosk is able to create a positive and productive experience for all. TPG helps to make kiosks accessible through a kiosk-specific version of JAWS screenreader software and accessibility consulting for both the digital kiosk application and physical kiosk design.
