Users can opt out of our use of telemetry data through the software’s settings or by emailing a request to us (see Contact Information, below).

Third Party Business Partners
- Vispero acts as a pass-through to Open AI’s Chat GPT and Anthropic Claude Enterprise Services. We, as well as our partners, do not store or train on any images that are sent up through Picture Smart. We pass the images to either Chat GPT or Claude using the associated prompt only. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our application that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
