Senior Operations Analyst
Full-Time // Hybrid/Remote
The Senior Operations Analyst is an individual contributor role working with business leaders across operations functions to identify and drive improvement opportunities. The candidate will analyze business data to lead and drive projects with internal and external partners to improve business metrics such as revenue assurance, forecast accuracy, on time shipment, inventory reduction, and cost improvement. Working in coordination with sales leaders, this position will also be responsible for optimizing the supply and demand plans, each month, for a 24-month outlook across multiple sales regions in support of the Vispero enterprise network. The Senior Operations Analyst will also prepare functional reports of performance metrics to business leaders in Operations.

- Support the implementation of SIOP processes across the enterprise to achieve the required forecast accuracy and other critical metrics for the business unit and for our customers.
- Develop, maintain, and implement key reports that provide a summary of operations performance.
- Analyze key trends and changes that are driving monthly demand forecasts, interpret changes and make recommendations to better serve our customers.
- Support SIOP processes, with particular focus on operational and financial data (Operational metrics, Outage Avoidance, Inventory/Operation Health, etc), driving continuous improvement actions.
- Organize effective and efficient communication between all functions in the full value chain: customers, sales, marketing, production, procurement, suppliers, finance and IT to integrate data and planning across the business.
- Support cross functional projects to drive improvements in supply chain performance. Utilize personal skills by providing process training and participating in key business process improvement initiatives.
- Grow into the responsibility of leading the demand consensus process each month to review forecasts while driving alignment to the best operational demand plan. Develop demand forecasts (operational/sales forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning and dependent demand function.
- Partner with functional teams to lead/perform actions that support performance adherence to revenue assurance, forecast accuracy, inventory reduction, cost improvement, and other metrics.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc presentations for Senior Management that evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement action
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Functional knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Data mining reporting skills through MS Excel (or equivalent)
- Ability to facilitate and manage multifunctional activities.
- Understand data modeling, with the ability to facilitate change, and new process implementation.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems, functional understanding of MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Experience with Demand Planning/Forecasting tools such as Demand Works, JGault, etc…
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of SIOP/IBP methods and practice
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years work experience in a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a hardware operations environment
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain/Operations terminology and processe
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel ~10% of the time
Salary Range- $74,000 to $82,300 (negotiable) and will vary based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location
